If a group of birds is a "flock", a group of cows a "herd" or a group of monkeys a "troop" what is a group of translators, a "babel", or maybe a "gabble"?

We are a group of independent language specialist working in translation and interpreting and bound together by our love of language and our commitment to quality.  We each specialise in particular languages and subject areas.  We all have strong foundations in our chosen areas, working to professional standards and are typically members of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting or the Chartered Institute of Linguists.

wearetranslators.co.uk is a new kind of website, a cross between an on-line directory and an individually designed web site.  You can register your details as you would with any on-line directory.  What makes us different, however, is that we can custom design a page/s to suite your particular needs and give you an email address, e.g. fred.bloggs@wearetranslators.co.uk. 

We can also design a website from scratch, giving you a distinct domain name, but linked to wearetranslators.co.uk - see http://www.seraphinatranslation.com
